OUR SHIPPING
We work with a fulfilment partner in Ningbo, China. Products are dispatched directly from there to our customers in the United Kingdom.
Processing normally takes 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6–12 business days.
Final delivery within the United Kingdom is normally handled by Royal Mail or another local delivery partner. Standard shipping is free. Adelaide London covers the applicable import duties, import VAT and customs-clearance charges associated with a correctly processed shipment.
